In the previous article, we prepare the bar chart from our data. In this article, we will provide tips on how to change the settings of your chart according to your needs and requirements. How to Change Legends Position

Sales, Cost, and profits at the bottom called Legends highlighted yellow.

In order to change the position of the legend, right click on it and click on format legend. The below screen will appear.

Select the position of the legends and you are done. we will select the right. Result provided below.

How to Change Title of the Chart

Chart title can be changed by clicking in chart title area at the top of the chart. Add your title as you like, In our case, the title is “Sales Report”

How to Change Bar colors

By default, the chart selects its colors of the bars. But don’t worry, you can change it. Click on the bar to select it and right click on it. The below screen provided below:

Select your desired color from the “Fill” options. We are selecting “Red” color. The updated chart will now look like:

Adding Data Labels to Chart

Data Label as highlighted in yellow below provide info about the bars.

Adding Data labels to the bars are easy. only you have to do is to right click on the bars and then select the data label option.
